Chico; Thanks; No question about holding onto NIOBF shares.

There is a lot going on, I am not certain why the Extension letter was posted and pulled, but maybe Scott or the St NE saw something in the letter that needed to be corrected and resubmitted. It may be that they also need to do a regulatory filing at the same time. They are working across multiple sets of international securities law and regulations which undoubtedly slows everything down.

We can always hope that they suddenly got their cornerstone financing and they can sign contracts that will satisfy the NE AC requirements. Its not getting any less expensive to borrow.

(Not holding out any hope for any reverse merger with MP! Still waiting for TechMet or NuCor or RioTinto or?)
