I wondered the same thing. I'm not sure what the rules state on the players who received the offering at .001. How long do they have to hold? I don't see that anywhere in the language of the 1-A. Hopefully Dr. Blunt or someone else can point this out.

That said, if it contributed to the volume, it did so minimally IMO. We started out here, before the offering, at 728 mil OS, and now, as of today, we're at 943 mil. Looks like it's increased 215 mil according to my count (someone correct me here if I'm mistaken). That's nearly a quarter of the offering, yes, and it appears to be on pace to do the full offering within the 12 month time frame. But we've had some massive volume days - particularly last Friday.

Long answer short - maybe it's contributed a little? But IMO, it's mostly flippers that bought at .002 and sold in the 4s. Other thoughts?
