"(and therefore owners of the present application) are BioAmber Inc."

Now correct me if i'm wrong but the CUSIP was suspended because BioAmber Inc. was liquidated. However as of 3/10/22 according to Cargill and the EPR BioAmber still holds this patent. I think this might need to be pushed up the food chain. You can't suspend a CUSIP on the basis of liquidation when it clearly hasn't been liquidated of perhaps the most important piece of IP needed for Bioamber's Sarnia plant. And why is LCY "the Owner" from the Court docs allowing Cargill to try and steal a patent they paid good nickels for??? Is it because a former VP of Cargill is on the board of LCY Biotechnology Holdings???

Curious,
