I see RTON is trying to break into the .0008's. Since the possible news of an arrangement with Rebel Gas didn't even cause a blip on the radar, I will assume the rise is because Congress is starting once again to try to legalize MJ.

With all the pressing things Our Elected Officials have to deal with, it will be a long back-and-forth process. Good trading opportunities for the nimble in the meantime. We probably won't hear anything about Rebel/RTON till early April?
