Most of the shareholders they have are bag holders who are averaging down. If they let those people out then they will have no one else to sell shares to. Maybe that’s what they are afraid of. At the same time, the only way to keep it going is to create enough fomo to trap a brand new batch of bagholders to sell to for the next year. Point being, they need to have a relatively big pump, I’d say at least to .005 or so. A little pump to .002 isn’t gonna cut it as most people here will just sell and move on.
