$IFXY Precisely why it has scam stench. Cooley association makes it worse, much much worse.

It's very very also unusual for a person who has been in business for 23 years and supposedly successful with a few tech LLCs to have a LinkedIn profile that is so new with hardly any connections, a twitter account created this month, and very little social media presence.

The sheer amount of orchestrated pump with all kinds of revenue and sales numbers being pulled out of the posteriors and waved around on twitter, ST and here alone is a huge RED FLAT IMHO. Same thing happened with IFAN where pumpers promoted it hard to Henniges and look where it ended up.. Cooley gave it to 8 mile larry who is a retard associated with a known penny stock scammter Robert Shumake.

IFXY front loaders tried to pump this hard and when it failed, we saw a breakdown starting yesterday. They dumping already LOL. With Cooley, people just don't trust anything he says. This will not move until OTCM and SEC filings prove for a fact the exact company that is merging and their real revenues and profit/loss numbers. No one is buying into this pump because the odds that scammer Cooley will deliver something of value are near zero after what he did with IFAN, FBCD MDCE ... all of them are garbage or scam mergers.
