Question Leandro -

Will IQST be issuing any additional stock/equity like (eg, warrants) instruments as currency in closing these 3 acquisitions, or will these 3 deals be closed using cash? If so, where is the cash coming from? If equity is getting issued, will it be restricted or unrestricted stock, and what type lockup provisions will be in place?

An update on any possible dilution associated with this activity would be very helpful transparency.
