Sham products like HealthID & Vaccous-Check, along with the unapproved medical paraphernalia, are for the purpose of being pointed to so QMC can be called a legitimate business and avoid the cuffs slapped on followed by incarceration.
They certainly aren't for selling. Think of it as the Mafioso who owns a butcher shop with a few pieces of rancid meat in the display; who gives an individual a weird look, while chomping on his cigar, if anyone actually walks in and interrupts their card game.
