One guys upset, because he thinks insiders don’t own any shares and you think it’s bad, because they do. Can’t win! Trust me, it is good they do and no reason to convert at these levels. Guess you better warn the holders of Facebook, Amazon, Google, etc, etc.. to run for the hills, because their CEOS own substantial shares, as they do with every NYSE and NASDAQ stock.
