Dr.B I don't get this issue you keep raising about the CEO not living near the property that being built. So are you saying if he decides to build multiple properties across the U.S. he has to live in each area? It kind of seems irrelevant, especially in this day and age, with zoom conference calls etc. Maybe I'm missing something, bit people rum billion dollar companies that are worldwide .
He stated he had a GC that was the project manager..and he is on Point I think is what he wrote or something to that effect .. Ijust understand why living 350 miles away would have any real effect at all.. but then again maybe I'm missing something
