First of all, the sellers were those that live in a fantasy land thinking that oil was gonna blow into the sky and onto that pristine land we call Alaska like it did in the old days in Texas. With the safe guards put in place that won't happen. Many of us who are buying and holding are waiting for THE REAL RESULTS from the wire logging. We already know that there is several reservoirs holding oil and gas. Just waiting to see how much and the quality. All the rest is just drama!
