Hey, good eye! Here's a link to show that CO report filing:
https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_co/20171773295

Those state filings are mostly rather like renewing one's auto-registration: they don't really give financial info. But still, it shows some sign of life, right?

FWIW - did you notice that Nixon himself is the Agent of the CO Branch of WCVC?

However, this link to the Florida company:
https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_fl/P22000015036

shows that CORPORATE CREATIONS NETWORK INC (sometimes just known as Corporate Creations) is the Agent for the Florida company. [See my end note on proof that they are the same company.]

Not that anyone is taking notes on my posts, but in the last week or so I found a link that showed that CCN had become the Agent of WCVC (NV) back in Feb 2019. If you look at the Corporate Creations website:
https://www.corporatecreations.com/

they offer services that do a lot of the 'heavy lifting' for companies that includes things related to filings and annual reports to remain in compliance with the various agencies that oversee the 'doings' of companies.

These sorts of things are called Compliance Services.

According to Corporate Creations' Twitter feed:
https://twitter.com/corpcreations

they are "the third largest provider of registered agent and compliance services nationwide."

Big deal, right?

Well, depending on how you look at it, the plot thickens.

As we all know, WCVC stopped submitting their SEC filings in late 2020, and didn't submit any filings in 2021, which lead to the SEC revocation in 2022.

If Corporate Creations was hired to help them with their reports and filings, but WCVC didn't file, was that because WCVC didn't pay their bill to CCN? Or did CCN screw up, with WCVC firing them?

Doubt can be cast on either theory by the fact that the new Florida company (i.e. WCVC moved, on paper, to Florida):
https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_fl/P22000015036

lists CORPORATE CREATIONS NETWORK INC as its agent, and I never saw a change of Agent event for the NV corporation (prior to the move to Florida).

So, riddle me this, Batman: why would WCVC, keeping CCN in its employ for all these years, NOT have filed their SEC filings, but instead, allowed themselves to a) be relegated to the Expert Market, with very restricted trading, b) then revoked by the SEC to completely eliminate public retail trading, but c) register itself with the State of Florida having the same basic share structure (O/S of about 10M shares):
https://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/ConvertTiffToPDF?storagePath=COR%5C2022%5C0303%5C81066942.Tif&documentNumber=P22000015036

that it had while it was publicly trading?

One more puzzle piece (that I posted before) -- a major reason for companies to move their on-paper location to Florida is this:
https://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/moving-your-corporate-headquarters-to-7646479/

the relevant partial quote being:
"... Florida has gone from the shortlist to the default choice for expansion and relocation."

Have fun deciding what you think this all means.

End note on the 'evidence chain' -
Just to be sure that CORPORATE CREATIONS NETWORK INC is the same company as the one called Corporate Creations, I poked around and found this link:
https://www.dnb.com/business-directory/company-profiles.corporate_creations_network_inc.7fcbc92061afe623d3bb60721ad65306.html

I am trusting the link to the corporatecreations.com website as proof they are the same company.
