There is no 1.49 billion share buyback in the filing. That number is the total shares issued as of Dec 31, 2020....Go look at 2020 year end filing to verify. You think Benny Madoff would be able to keep his pie hole shut on news like that if it were the case???? No buybacks and we are back to the "Clive pulling certs" lie. Clive no longer owns the shares.......and cue the "skinned cats" posts.
