OMG, that is laughable. Anyone with any experience on the OTC knows that is always the NUMBER ONE reason/excuse for a CEO to do a reverse split. Happens all the time. It's total bullshit.

I do believe the no r/s clause contains a caveat for an r/s for the sake of uplisting.
