That's incorrect. They don't get the Schena trial to reverse their plea. They were able to weigh the evidence against the charges and decided to plead guilty. The Schena trial is separate from each of the defendants that already plead. They don't get a "redo" regardless of the Schena outcome.

Dr. Julie, Haje, Jablonski = Guilty as charged and will testify against Dr Schena as part of the plea. Their fate awaits after the trial.
