If you don't take delivery you have no control. Best place APMEX and only buy sealed monster boxes. Just about every bullion and collector coins gold or silver are counterfeited. The safe and best bet are "monster boxes" sealed from US mint and sold through a limited amt. of certified dealers. Monster boxes are 500 silver eagles sealed from the mint and never open as they are more valuable sealed. They automatically go up every year in price despite silver price. Check them out. APMEX.COM
