Total BS. Ivermectin is used internationally. I use it. It saved my life and that of a few friends. The FDA is a full of crap agency and always has been and always will be until all the senior staff are replaced. Your FDA well designed controlled study was controlled alright. Ivermectin is manufactured in different places around the world and is cheap. It is also manufactured generically which is why Merck is selling high priced junk instead. Makes good business sense if you are able to create a market that increases your profit margins immensely. However, the junk does not save lives.
