The wheel is not being reinvented. Most things that are necessary to move forward is to update pertinent data by sticking it into the spread sheets and run the numbers. This is where you can pretty well be assured Scott has his templates ready to account for those changes that impact air, water and economics of the project. Changes for REEs are described by Scott as bolt on ready and a recent PR indicated they may be looking at eliminating some others steps in mineral processing and those steps will probably be described in an updated FS. Nobody is going out to resurvey, drill holes, assay, deal with landowners, buy the land, look for contractors, model the deposits or anything other than improve the economics of this project. It all looks and sounds acceptably good to me, except we are ready for it to be done now! Just have to remember, NioCorp is producing a WORLD CLASS MINE!
