I havnt flipped this stock once. A r/s is a long term strategy. If a r/s will bring a dip in pps as it will most likely do then why would I sell/flip at a lower value? Doesnt make sense. A r/s will ensure the long term health of the stock and the company for all the reasons I outlined. Get the flippers OUT and the stock will be allowed to breathe a little. That along with Edgars will get this company stabilized and allow it to uptrend and uplist. Look at the NYSE listing standards (he outlined them in a video series) and you will see that the best move is a r/s to minimums, lower a/s, complete audits, file S-1, capitalize the company and begin building towards senior exchange. Not doing a r/s out of fear will keep UATG on OTC indefinitely with little hope to get capitalized and grow; and then I am definitely out because it will be a slow death! My cost basis is below 0.001 and I can take roi at any time but am still here. You dont really think I would ask for a r/s if it would cost me and my guys our total investment do you?
