People look a filings differently. I see them as a historical record of what the company has done. I look to current events to see where the company is going. Nothing I stated should deminish your excitement about the filings. I just system a plausible reason if, if IF the company reveals that the aquistions were nullified in some way, that there was a justifiable reason for them to do so. As far as I am aware there has been absolutely no communication regarding mining assets communicated either publicly or directly to individual shareholders regarding the status of those assets. They still could be "in the works ". However the new website suggests otherwise. We will findnout soon enough. There could also be other pleasant reveals regarding other company ventures we are not aware of. So , hope floats...
