He absolutely cannot dump massively. If your emotions are real strong and it makes you want to tell us about your feelings thats ok. But try to get it to where most of what you’re saying makes sense

CC is an “affiliate” so he’s bound by those rules. If he wanted exit quickly he couldn’t. Same as any other affiliate around any other public company.

Lastly there’s a lot of executives out there who don’t hold much stock...they work in exchange for salaries. So share prices don’t matter as much in those instances. An exec holding a wad of shares is generally a good thing. At best he wants to see more shareholder value so his shares are worth more. At worst he can only sell little bits at a time (while publicly disclosing and letting the market know:)
