Yes I think most of us here see the manipulation on nearly a daily basis. Someone wants this price to remain low. If what you suggested as a theory of the company being taken private I could see a big reason they are keeping the PS price low. They would have to buy every share back and only at a price we commons would need to agree to in my opinion. The lower the current price, the lower their offer would most likely be on a buyout to go private. GLTA
