Was that just another power hour? Hard to tell, they all look the same. This is what's known as a death spiral. Offering more and more stock at lower and lower prices. But no one should be surprised as the company flat out tells you what it's problem is (no cash), and that even after a reverse split the price may fall below $1 again.

And more news: remember those 2 million warrants to buy stab at $1/share that were part of the last offering? Well, they just announced they will be "repriced" to future offering prices. In other word, the lower new offering prices go, warrant strike price will go right along with them. Yep, sure smells like a death spiral.
