What misdirection? Everything is a probability. What is the Probability of Eric failing to secure any deal (like he has failed in the past), what is the probability of further dilution? The Probability or WNBD going BK vs. Ever making money?

It's not misdirection, it's on-point analysis. It's more likely probable some don't like the message.
