It looks like Cooley does have a very bad reputation. I can understand folks being extremely wary after all the scams he has pulled.

People are taking starter positions but I guess no one will touch this with a 50 foot pole until SEC filings show the true revenues. And when it comes to scammer Cooley, such caution is not only recommended, but is required. It is just good sense to not put up serious money without being 200% sure.... scammer Cooley could dump his shares on retail anytime and bolt before filings come out and the actual truth is revealed.
