Hello, Sabergold. The current wall of Fake sellers we are seeing right now at .08 will be gone in a Blink of Eye as soon as the DEF 14A gets filled..

Kinda looks like a Stalemate for the time being..Market is waiting for something more positive.. Buyers want something positive and sellers are not going to sell out at current PPS knowing what's coming..

For now all we can do is sit back and wait. Easier said then done at times like this..

If sideline money is not willing to buy in front of good news. Then it says to me many are waiting to sell into that news.

Maybe the smart money wants to know the BDC Status will be out of the way. In the long run it will not matter much if you pay .08 or .09 knowing few hurdles are in front of AMEP going forward.

I know this much, we are going to need buyers with a longer term outlook for the PPS to hold future gains.

For now we are stuck until the SEC says all is clear.. GLTA.
