It’s going to be a beautiful thing, if this was 100% tradeable by all retail this wouldn’t be under $0.05 for starters and I’d have 10+ million more shares in my account at these levels.

Reality check: This is at .0095, the price keeps falling and is not tradable in the US because the preferred shared have not been resolved. There is no Form 10 filed (like Sharp said he would do in December) so the stock isn't registered with the SEC.

The merging company probably got fed up with all the problems and delays and moved on since there have been no filings in court or the SEC in over ten months.

Everyone thinks that this reverse merger is a foregone conclusion where all evidence says otherwise.
