Looking at the previous financials, it seems to me that the market is reacting to IDEX failure to digest its acquisitions over the past two to three years which has probably been compounded by Covid. While the company's assets have increased dramatically, it's been losing a significant amount of money. Delaying their financials, while understandable with all of the acquisitions, only increases the perception that it is still losing money.

That said, I still have high hopes for the company long term, especially now that the worldwide threat of Covid seems to be receding.
