George Sharp, who (his owned failed tickers aside,) has had a superb record calling out scams on the OTC, and said almost a year ago he refused to work with Frank due to his behavior and warned investors about him.

And now, a year later, after 0 completed mergers and 2 epically failed mergers (VNTH and JPEX) where shareholders got absolutely creamed, is it so crazy to think there is merit to that idea?

Makes a hell of a lot more logical sense than this dude deciding to torpedo any chance of profitability 'just because'.
