The Prospectus is for after a Nasdaq move. I dont see a single source financing for $5M at an <$8M MC. No need either, Unless there are successes to pursue.

Good news that is well handled could move the small 1.7M OS fast, maybe even to $30+(+) with a $50M+ MC.

Many will take some profits and some may leave forever. IF.

Some may hold or buy into positive possibilities of the NASDAQ IPO and hopefully an AGN that will be making a Big SPLASH there.

Money WILL be raised. The company will issue shares to sell and for bonuses. Shareholders deserve proportionate rewards. An IPO typically may provide opportunities.

This isnt tsla or appl but the theory is 3 - $15 shares will double faster than a $45 share. They'll need $10M + to run stuff eventually.
But, the portfolio AGN has may prove Huge.
