No any filing nor any news showed the so-called RM --- see the link below! The latest filing was the Form-C on 09/27/2021 and the second-latest filing was the Form-15-15D which was Five Years ago on 06/19/2017!

So most likely PTEL will be Downgraded to the OTC Expert Market in the coming days/weeks since no any filing at all after the Form-C...

Anyway its Same-OTC-CI-tier & Similar-OS peer (PBHG: Operational Rea-Business) had already crashed to 0.0005 from its recent high 0.0055 v.s. the Non-Operation-Empty-Shell PTEL is still trading at Much-Much-Much-Higher price levels 0.002x now!

So PTEL will crash to 0.0005 ~ 0.0003 or Lower very soon...

Note, the 52-week-low of PTEL is 0.0001 v.s. PBHG has 52-week-low 0.0005!
