I think it’s ironic that after an unexpected 42% increase in PPS some come out with the HD risk here. We know that both Hovendick and the Judge did not want to stop the merger. For different reasons they either wanted/allowed the TEMPORARY injunction. We learned this week that HD is definitely getting squeezed here.

Then the merger will go through. I wonder if those critical of JPEX are actually buying shares…
