You are correct. I was following this a few years back and did a lot of DD on Niles. This is not his first scam and he has screwed over many investors in the past. Just do a little digging and you will see the same. That is the reason I stayed out of this. I was alerted to it years ago by a friend and before I spent dollar one I wanted to be sure.
Nikes likes to use the exact same names, pad sites and photos over from one scam to another.
My advice is look into his past renditions of penny companies and you will see the pattern as well
