At the very end of Friday's trading day, some folks really wanted in and someone was biting through the .0039s for a close either there or at .004. Whoever this person was took their entire bid at .0038 to bite into those .0039s, but someone desperate to cash out, hit the .0036s left at the bid to give us this misleading closing SP at .0036.

Your SP prediction may be right if one considers that the number of shares traded on Friday was over 100 times the 10-day avg volume (volume b/f price). That's a lot of accumulation on a really good SS for an OTC. Let's see what Monday and the remainder of the week brings us.
