I'm saying 2 for 1 is 3.35M + 1.6M for capitol raise (etc) = 5m total OS.
or,
3 for 1 = 5 M + 1M for capitol raise = 6M total OS. Initiated After good news and as Nasdaq listing occurs. Possible...
,if there is sufficient progress/pump to get to $30+. Presumably timed with the Nasdaq move and offering...

Good news on One or more initiative and there are chances long shareholders will profit well.

You/folks cant think AGN goes to Nasdaq @$4 with 1.7M OS? I cant see that money will be raised Before there are "actual successes to chase and specific plans being formulated" to raise money for.?.

Really?!!! Stroke, Cancer Tumors, IPF/CC and CKD are all possibly huge. IMHFO.

Bad news on current initiatives and all will enjoy a big bite of the sh*t sandwich. ie, raising money after flops at <$4 will really taste sh*tie.
