2021On December 22, 2011, Han Zhiming, Chairman of Zhongji Mingyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Liu Jianping, President of Zhong Xin Group, The Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Liu Yao's Investment in Zhongji Mingyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was signed in Beijing. Zhongxin Group plans to invest 50 million yuan (Capitals: 50 million round) to acquire 45% (45%) of Zhongji Mingyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
2022On 7 January 2009, Zhongji Mingyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Liu Yao, legal person of Zhongxin Jewelry (Langfang) Group Co., Ltd. (ID No.: Omitted), signed the Agreement on the Investment and Shareholding of Zhong Jiming Yang new energy Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"). In accordance with Article 3 of the Agreement, "the proportion of shares held by Party B shall be calculated based on the actual amount received, and Party B shall dynamically enjoy the rights and obligations corresponding to the actual shareholding," the progress of Party B's implementation is hereby notified as follows:
I. As of March 10, 2022, Party BZhongxin Jewelry (Langfang) Group Co., Ltd.The actual investment amount of Liu Yao is RMB 500,000 yuan (capital: Five hundred thousand yuan). According to the provisions of the Agreement, Party B shall hold shares of Zhongji Mingyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the proportion of which is 0.45% (0.45 percent).
Party B shall have the rights and obligations corresponding to the shares held by it under the Company Law.
III. Thereafter,My companywilltoParty B shall be notified of the performance of the contract on the 11th of each month and change the proportion of shares held by Party B. according to the actual amount of investment?
