Because the sole purpose of this CGRA ticker, IMO, has always appeared to be just a vehicle through which frequent front-loaded, BS hyped and well orchestrated pump and run/dumps are carried out every so often. Peeps make bank and move on to the next operation, only to return here when the next P&D operation is pre-announced and launched.
