OTCQB companies must meet certain minimum reporting standards, pass a bid test, and undergo annual verification.
The other OTC tiers are the highest quality OTCQX, and the most speculative Pink Sheets.

It's a big step towards not being on bottom of the barrel and closer to the top. Some buyers won't buy under QB or look at it because reputation of being junk. If he's invested, then alot more chance of staying audited or current also. Imo
