"Although most military UAVs are fixed-wing aircraft, rotorcraft designs (i.e., RUAVs) such as the MQ-8B Fire Scout are also used."

DRNG has never developed a fixed wing drone and neither have they developed anything the size of the Fire Scout. They don't even have a small multi-rotor drone on the market, or even near ready to market. If you're thinking they have the potential to capture military contracts, I'd suggest you rethink your absurd suggestion. It would take millions of dollars to design and develop anything for military use. They have NO capital.
