What was the "pre-launch" all about? It was one failed zoom call and then nothing? 4 months after the "pre-launch" one person claims to have bought something from these guys and the company actually commented about it on Twitter. This first ever order was so amazing the company commented on it?

They claim to have 30,000 sales reps. Why did this one rep get a comment from the company? You shouldn't have to think about it for too long.

Uploading a picture sent by the company is not going to get people to believe these ridiculous stories.
