Sothebys own 20th Century Design Specialist Elena Checchi shows us eminent architect Zaha Hadid's first silverware work, which is offered in Sotheby’s upcoming auction (Women) Artists ( 23 March 2022 | London). It is a stunning coffee and tea set that marked the beginning of her collaboration with Sawaya & Moroni. Designed in 1995, we can see her architectural influences in this three dimensional puzzle that fits together into a sleek and completely utilitarian table sculpture.
