GOOD morning UNQL. Yes retail can short OTC stocks with special permission from certain brokerages. The broker requires cash collateral in the account and you just need to request permission up front. They don't all allow it, however. Also- Institutions or hedge funds that run their own brokerage can play short games to with a high risk tolerance. IMO though this stock has reached a point where there is not much money to be made on the bearish side. There seems to be more meat on this bone riding it up rather than down. Happy Friday!
