I’ve gotten quite a few messages about ATVK’s current 2 filings that are needed to remove CE and get Pink Current status.

When ATVK files their Amended S1 Registration, you will see the SEC’s website update immediately.

As far as the submission of 15c2-11 goes, YOU CAN NOT TRACK IT ONLINE. Here is how it works. ATVK submits their 15c2-11 information over to their broker dealer Glendale. Glendale has an internal review they perform prior to submission to FINRA. Once Glendale files the 15c2-11, it has to be ACCEPTED by FINRA without comment before they will update OTC Markets website from CE to Pink Current.

FINRA’s auditor could very well send Glendale over comments they require an answer to.

The 15c2-11 process is not an instant update like an S1 filing. Also, the SEC is just getting back to normal due to COVID-19. Their processing times for an auditor to review it once they receive it are about 2 1/2 weeks currently. I’m being told that by other companies I know who are in the same process.

So when ATVK tweets on March 16th they are filing their Amended S1 tomorrow, give it a few days. I expect sometime before Wednesday the 23rd you’ll see the SEC update.

As far as the 15c2-11 goes, CHILL OUT! You can’t track it anywhere. It will update when it gets through the .gov process. IMO, it has been submitted to Glendale. The last email I received from ATVK management was asking me for some info about the original shareholders from when I founded the company. They said it was the last thing they needed to file with Glendale. I got it over to them 15 minutes later.

ATVK will become fully reporting and pink current again. You don’t spend that much money NOT to get current. My team estimates they have spent somewhere in the neighborhood of $50k-$65k to get this done.
