I spent months posting DD here on possible EXLA deals thinking the names behind this were worthy of bringing in something big.

So far I think it's been an EPIC disappointment since the grade school level website reveal and the crazy 1st project asset shuffle to Tarku.

I am really starting to feel this was a facade set up to get the 25% of the Silver Strike property for basically nothing for Tarku.

I'm even starting to think we may not even get another filing. Hope I am wrong, but this start is embarrassing.

The only piece I can't reconcile is what was told to MM to make them take restricted shares? It makes no sense.
