What you guys need to remember is that some of this selling is retail. People may have bought today in the .07's and sell now at a loss. Or buy in the .06's and sell when it hits .07's. The S-8 is just one of the factors affecting the price (albeit a fairly large factor). This is what Sonic, myself and others were trying to tell you. It's not worth analyzing. The stock is going to go lower. Probably .02 to .04. When it does, that's when things will reverse - probably back to .06. Then, and only then, will a press release have any real effect on the stock price (assuming they don't issue another S-8 before then).
