Good question and I too wonder. Best guess when all is updated within OTC filings and website, could be a division or subsidiary?
Just a guess but remains to be seen...
It is a holding company so hopefully mining info will be noted.
I know personally Alison's main job there is Crypto - fintech.
Personally not happy with the company public communication! But she does reply to some emails and tries to explain her duties there. IMO the setup is a bit odd from info I received and am sure a few other have.
