LOL.......There is NO R/S in the works. The only thing reduced with the A/S. Several people around different groups looked at an old document the was filed before ETEK went defunct and isn't relevant now with the new Custodianship/Merger. There is no 1/2000 r/s in the works.

GLTA - $ETEK all the way!
