I edit as I realize I found the information I missed, as I said I like to have correct information. NO passive aggressive comments here, just my opinions. I think the company was highly mismanaged and incapable of following through on their plans. I never have called it a scam because I have no proof of that but I wouldn't want management here in charge of any business I was running or invested in. GLTY

We all choose to invest our money. Whether we win or lose is solely due to the person in the mirror and his/her ability to do DD. Finger pointing and a lack of personal responsibility are simply sad traits that the weak-minded possess.
