Looks like old management screwed the company up and it disappeared. UATG comes in, scoops it up and makes the tech fit into larger framework in their business. They will probably get the tech cheap and make hundreds of millions with it now. They are going after cities and governments which means long term contracts to treat dirty water, sewage and provide inexpensive clean energy. They could literally be the entire municipal solution for every city now! This is a billion dollar fortune 500 company in the making boys!
