Pathetic 163k revenue. Shady 33.4m dilution. Deceptive PR

They clearly diluted 33.4m shares at 3 cents and gave it to Danielle Tanner who has the same address as OWUV for "services". See annual report page 3 & 4.

Then they issued PR saying 33.4m shares paid were from buyback. LIES LIES LIES

They refuse to address this discrepancy when asked.

Depending on when and how much Danielle dumped in December along with insider Shad Statsney who dumped 9.1m, they might have hauled in a nice big-o loot of several millions of shareholder money in the pump dump.

Does anyone know what's the connection between Jerry and Danielle? (They both have the same address - why?).

Also, does anyone know who Shad Statsney is? Google DD is not much help .. brings up a likely different Shad from some hedge fund involved in some scam and got into trouble with SEC for shady dealings.
